Privacy Policy
Last updated
This policy covers outbelieved.com. It is short because the site does very little with personal data: there are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts of any kind.
Who is responsible
The data controller is [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. For anything in this policy, write tohello@outbelieved.com.
What we collect
| Data | When | Why | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Name, work email, company, and optionally your website or channel | Only if you submit the contact form | To reply to you | As long as we are in contact, then deleted on request |
| IP address | On form submission | Rate limiting, to stop automated spam | Discarded automatically once the rate-limit window passes |
| Standard server logs | Every request, by the hosting provider | Security and troubleshooting | Per the host's retention policy |
That is the complete list. We do not build profiles, we do not track you across sites, and we do not buy or enrich contact data about visitors.
What we do not do
- No cookies. The site sets none. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no alternatives.
- No advertising or social pixels.
- No third-party requests. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than from Google Fonts, so loading a page sends nothing to anyone else.
- No selling or sharing of personal data.
Legal basis
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interest for replying to an enquiry you sent us and for blocking spam, and onconsent where you have given it explicitly. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who else sees it
Form submissions arrive as email. That means our hosting provider and our email provider process the message in transit and at rest, as any email provider does. We do not pass your details to anyone else.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our processing it. Emailhello@outbelieved.com and we will act on it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not keep an archive of previous versions, so material changes will be described here.
