Channel read
Retention, click-through, traffic sources and what your best and worst videos have in common.
We look at the channel, the category and your buyers, then tell you what is actually wrong and what to change first. Sometimes the honest answer is that YouTube is not your best channel.
A YouTube channel audit is worth having for one reason: it tells you whether to keep going. Most of them do not. They arrive as a sixty-slide deck of observations you already had, ending with a proposal.
Ours ends with a recommendation you can act on in a week, and sometimes that recommendation is to spend the money somewhere else. We have told companies their buyers are not on YouTube in any meaningful number. It is a poor way to win work and an honest way to answer the question.
What we look at: where your retention actually breaks, what your best videos have in common, which of your competitors is winning and what they are doing differently, and how much search demand sits under your category. If there is not enough demand to build on, that shows up quickly and we will say so.
You do not need an existing channel. If you have not started, the audit looks at your category and your buyers instead of your back catalogue and answers the only question that matters at that stage, which is whether this is worth your budget at all.
